She was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

085: Patrolled to Street Road for a disabled vehicle. Removed from roadway.

085: Individual in station with temporary hold for handguns.

085: Patrolled to Treadway Street for a report of female slumped over steering wheel for several hours. Spoke with individual who stated she was just sleeping because she did not have anywhere else to go.

085: Patrolled to Builders First Choice for larceny complaint. Took Deposition. Charges Pending.

085: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for a dog left in a vehicle. Animal was fine with windows open.

087: Arrested Roxanne Clark for Criminal Mischief 2nd and Menacing 2nd. Voluntary statement was obtained. Ms. Clark was processed and arraigned in front of the Ticonderoga Town Justice and was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. Ms. Clark will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at  a later date.

086: Individual in station to report that a subject is harassing her. Documentation and referred her to family court.

086: Received report of suspicious vehicle on Putts Pond Road. GOA.

087: Rebecca Thompson was served a Criminal Summons for Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Mr. Thompson will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Patrolled to Calkins Place for a 911 hang-up call. Accidental dial.

087: Received complaint reporting that neighbor is honking horn and waking up his daughter. Spoke to subject and advised him to cease with horn. Individual stated that he only did it because of an on-going issue of jacking deer.

085: Patrolled to Grace Ave. for a 911 hang-up call and spoke with home owner. Phone issue.

090: Received report of suspicious vehicle behind building on Montcalm Street with broken windshield. Vehicle belongs to individual that had been arrested over the weekend. Possible left at time of arrest.

090: Patrolled to Schuyler Street for an animal cruelty neglect complaint. Interviewed suspect Charges pending.

032: Entered warrant in E-Justice.

032: Individual in station to fill out MV78B for lost plate.

080: Spoke to individuals about water issue on Lead Hill Road. Civil issue that is being further researched by the town.

080: Received reckless driving complaint. Vehicle was GOA.

080: Spoke to individual about parking complaint. Advised individual to speak to highway superintendent about changing sign and that the PD would increase enforcement.

085: Arrested Michael Pelerin on Bench Warrant for AUO 2nd and interlock device violation. Mr. Pelerin was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Mr. Pelerin was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail, he will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

086: Patrolled to Putts Pond Road for a 1 Car LSA. Car towed and under investigation.

090: Received possible Burglary report from Baldwin Road. Incident report to be filled pending more information.

090: Landlord called about vehicle on his property. Not a police matter.

090: Individual came to station to report his nephews wallet was stolen.

087: Responded to Sawyer Road for a Criminal Mischief Complaint. Individual reporting that their ex-girlfriend smashed his lights on his truck, damaged side of vehicle and threatened him with a hammer. Reports filed. Charges pending.

087: Patrolled to Airport for a 911 hang-up call. Unfounded.

087: Individual came to station with used hypodermic needles, wanted proper disposal.

087: Patrolled to Community Bank, false alarm, keyholder reset alarm.

087: Patrolled to NYS Rte 9N Hague Road for hypodermic needle on the side of the road. Disposed of properly.

087: Signed off on a fix-it ticket for individual.

086: Received Firework complaint. Unfounded.

086: Responded to McDonalds for a male subject having a heart attack. Transferred to Ti EMS.

086: Received report of gun shots near Woody Lane. Patrolled area, unfounded.

August 5, 2017

086: Patrolled to Moses Ludington Hospital for an uncooperative patient, subject calmed down after arrival.

087: Responded to Vineyard Road for a PDAA a pickup was pulling a trailer and it disconnected striking a telephone pole. National Grid was called and responded to scene. Road was closed down for several hours to fix wires and replace pole. Reports filed.

087: Patrolled to Stewarts for found property. Picked up property and returned it to owner.

087: During a V&T stop on Montcalm Street Nikki Taylor was arrested for AUO 3rd. Also passenger Nathan Thatcher was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Both were processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Responded to a motorcycle vs. motorcycle  PDAA at NYS Rt 74. Reports filed.  Motorcycle rear-ended another motorcycle.

087: Received report of a suicidal female at residence on Champlain Ave. Located individual at different location and took them into custody for MHL. Transported to Glens Falls Hospital for evaluation.

093: Received cross complaints from neighbors on Alexandria Ave. Interviewed both parties. No grounds for arrest at this time.

093: Patrolled to Airport for 911 hang-up call. Unfounded.

086: Responded to Alexandria Ave. for a male subject threatening  a female subject with a knife. On scene Bill Smith was taken into custody and charged with Menacing with a Weapon and CPCS 7th. Mr. Smith was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Mr. Smith was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail.

086: Patrolled to John Street for a report of four male subject arguing. Subject were GOA.

August 4, 2017

087: Patrolled to Canfield Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Vehicle was GOA.

087: Arrested Laurie Campney on a Bench Warrant out of Essex County Court. Ms. Campney was transported by a Sherriff Deputy and arraigned in-front of County Court.

087: Individual reporting harassment from neighbors.

087: Received report of dogs in vehicle at the Country Club. Located owner of vehicle and advised them of the situation. Assisted by Animal Control Officer.

087: Received report of stolen bike on Park Ave. Unknown suspect.

087: Patrolled to Ticonderoga Ball Fields on Burgoyne Road for vandalism done to bathrooms.

085: Patrolled to Dudleyville Drive for a complaint received yesterday no criminal activity at this time.

085: Patrolled to residence and spoke to individual about returning items that did not belong to him from prior employer. Subject stated that he would return items.

085: Spoke with individual who stated that their credit card was compromised. Stated that they thought it was someone at the Sentinel Grill. Under Investigation.

085: Patrolled to Highland Street and spoke to tenant about blowing lawn clippings into street. Tenant stated that they would clean grass up.

085: Spoke with individual about harassment. Deposition taken and charges pending.

090: Spoke to individual who stated that he told a subject to stay away from his home and also put up no trespassing signs on his property.

090: Patrolled to Mount Hope to interview individual regarding prior case. Reports filed.

090: Spoke to individuals about playstation not being returned. After interviewing both parties advised them that it was civil matter.

085: Spoke to individual who states that a subject is passing around inappropriate photos of her on social media. Attempting to contact subject for interview.

085: Individual called station to report that subject is operating a unregistered vehicle on Killicut Mountain Road. Patrolled area located vehicle parked in a driveway with cold engine and heavy dew on windshield. Unfounded.

032: Individual in station to report damage done to the garden at the Historical Society on Moses Circle. Documentation only at this time.

087: Individual in station to report that her work I-Phone had been stolen, documentation only at this time.

085/068: 33 Marijuana Plants were confiscated throughout the town of Ticonderoga. Charges Pending.

087: Individual in station to give deposition for possible Criminal Contempt. No charges at this time.

087: Patrolled to the Vineyard Road to assist with a Disabled Vehicle.

087: Responded to NYS Rte 74 for a Tractor Trailer parked in the parking area. Brakes were smoking and tire exploded while driver was underneath vehicle attempting to fix the problem. Individual was airlifted to UVM Burlington for serious facial injuries.

087: Patrolled to Maplefields for a 911 hang-up call. Unfounded.

093: Received report of harassment by a neighbor on The Portage. Spoke with individual who was unable to give statement at the time of incident. Advised her if she wishes to pursue charges at a later time to come to the station for a deposition.

087: Individual in station to report that a tour bus backed into him at the ferry landing. Civilian Accident Report given.

087: Assisted Town Highway with removal of vehicles on Algonkin Street and Father Jogues. They are prepping the roadway for paving.

085/068: Responded to Alexandria Ave. for a Domestic Dispute in the street. Both parties were gone upon arrival. Searched area with negative results.

085: Patrolled to Lord Howe Street for verbal argument. Elderly gentleman reporting that he received verbal abuse from his grandson and his girlfriend. Advised individual that he needed to have them evicted and that they couldn't just be thrown out.

090: Resident on Burgoyne Road reporting that a bike was left on her lawn and that she didn't know who it belonged to.

090: Individual in station regarding stolen bikes.

090: Gas drive off at Maplefields.

090: Received complaint about kids jumping off bridge on Alexandria Ave. Spoke to mother and advised her not to let her kids jump off that it was a danger. Mother became irate but left.

087: Received call from individual reporting that a female subject stopped on the side of the road and started yelling things at people. Spoke to female who is the same female who was requesting welfare checks all day. Female was advised to cease all contact and was informed that the individual she was concerned about was not intoxicated.

085/086/089/NYSP: Vincent Gibbs was arrested for the following charges: Flee Officer in MV, Reckless Driving, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Improper Pass, Passed Flashing Red Light, Excessive Speed. These charges are related to a motorcycle incident that occurred on Rte 22. Officers from TIPD attempted to conduct a V&T and Mr. Gibbs failed to comply. A pursuit began and was ended near the intersection of River Road and Montcalm Street when the motorcycle was boxed in. Mr. Gibbs was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket to a third party. Mr. Gibbs will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Patrolled Montcalm Street for a possible intoxicated subject that had fallen. Subject had signed himself out of the ER and refused to be transported back to the hospital. He was given a transport to a residence on Calkins Place. Released to a sober third party.

087: Patrolled to Stewarts for a suspicious individual asking people for rides. Upon arrival subject had left scene. Located subject walking on the side of the road and interviewed him. He stated that he was looking for a ride back to Saratoga.

087: Patrolled to The Portage for a lockout complaint. Assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

087: Individual called station to report that her husband was taken to Moses Ludington Hospital and that  he was under the influence of drugs. The hospital let him leave and she would like him located. Was unable to locate.

This arrest was a result of the prior incident that occurred in front of the Star Trek Building and on Montcalm Street where plants and flowers were destroyed. 081: Received complaint of suspicious vehicle going up and down State Rte 22, observed vehicle sitting in parking lot, man was trying to find place to launch boat.

090: Received report of female passed out drunk on Cannonball Path. Individual was given a ride home and released to a sober third party.

087: Responded to Lord Howe Estates for a possible MHL. Male subject had been woken up by his girlfriend who was concerned about his emotional health. Interviewed subject and he was not a MHL.

087: Responded to Moses Ludington Hospital for an unruly patient who ingested the rat poison. Individual wanted to leave the hospital but explained to the patient that he was going to be transported to Plattsburg Mental Health Unit once he was finished at Moses Ludington. The individual had two choices to either be transported by ambulance or he could be taken into custody and the police would transport him. He choose to be transported by ambulance with no further issues.

087/089: Ronald Robichaud was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree at his residence. This arrest stemmed from a prior incident where he violated his Order of Protection. Mr. Robichaud was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice and was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. Mr. Robichaud will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087/089: While on patrol observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Wicker Street, vehicle turned into the hospital parking lot. There was an unresponsive male subject lying in the back seat of the vehicle. This subject ingested rat poison at his residence in Crown Point and had been drinking beer. Information was given to NYSP since the incident occurred in Crown Point.

089: David Fraizer was arrested for Theft of Services from an incident that occurred on Racetrack Road where he was plugging a lead cord into another building. Mr. Fraizer was issued an Appearance Ticket on Champlain Ave. and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

June 14, 2017

086: Received report of Criminal Mischief to Lake George Ave., Under Investigation.

086: Received report of dog in vehicle at the dollar tree. GOA

087: Individual in station to pick up personal belongings taken while in custody.

089: Andre Lisse was arrested for theft of services, Mr. Lisse was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

086: Picked up an individual from Montcalm Manor for MHL and was transported to Glens Falls Hospital.

087,089: Responded to NYS Rte 22 for a report of a 2 car PDAA, upon investigation, Charles Cummings was arrested for DWI and was processed and released to a sober third party. Mr. Cummings will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Arrested a juvenile for Criminal Mischief. The individual was processed and released with a juvenile appearance ticket.

090: Supervised property retrieval on Father Jogues Place. Parties can not be civil with each other.

090: Individual in station to report that he sold something on Craigs List and the transaction went bad, he believes that the other party might of entered his home when he wasn't there. He would like no contact from this individual.

090: Spoke to individuals on Racetrack Road about lead cord plugged in. Lead cord ran to their apartment from another building. Advised them that this was Theft of Services and a Code Violation.

090: Assisted NYSP with a 1192  V&T on Wicker Street.

090: Received two more calls about the apartment on Racetrack Road that has the lead cord plugged in to a different building to power the apartment. Deposition taken from landlord.

090: Received a complaint about an individual driving with switched plates, located that vehicle on Treadway Street and the vehicle was parked without plates in driveway.

090: Advised subject to cease contact with individual at the request of the individual.

085: Individual in station to report that her cell phone was stolen from the beach. Under investigation.

085: Responded to Father Joques for a report of Criminal Mischief in progress. Heather Ezzo was arrested for Criminal Mischief. Ms. Ezzo was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

089: Received 911 hang-up call on Putts Pond Road, made contact with individual everything seems to appear okay. Possible kids misdialed.

089: Dispatched to Montcalm Street for an alarm activation at the old Jewelers store, no signs of forced entry, building secure. No key holder available.

087: Patrolled to Circle Court motel for a larceny complaint. Individual reporting fishing poles stolen out of his boat over night. Incident report filed.

087: Patrolled to Pearl Street for individual reporting that someone ran over his bike while he had it at the bass hole. Interviewed individual who was parked there, she states that she did not feel anything and doesn't believe that she ran over it.

087: Patrolled to Veterans Road for individual reporting vandalism to her car. Possible retaliation from previous complaint.

090: Patrolled NYS RTE 9N near Trout Brook Road for a deer in the roadway struck by a vehicle. Deer was removed by town highway.

087: Patrolled to International Paper for a 2 car PDAA, Reports filed.

087: Report of Cows in the road near Ross Farm. Owners were contacted.

087: Responded to NYS Rte 9N Hague Road for a motorcycle that rear-ended a car, minor injury, Operator went to MLH for precaution, reports filed.

087: Individual in station to have "fix-it" ticket signed off on.

087: Responded to PIAA on NYS Rte 74, Reports filed.

087: Individual in station to pick-up items from a previous case.

086: Individual called station to see if OP had been put in place, could not locate one at this time.

086: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for vandalism to a vehicle, vehicle had broken back window. Reviewed cameras and no persons or vehicle caused damage. Possible damage done by heat.

090: Patrolled to Lowes for an alarm activation, building was secure.

090: Arrested Jonathan Ashe on an Arrest Warrant out of Ticonderoga Town Court. Mr. Ashe was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Mr. Ashe posted bail at court and will re-appear at a later date.

090/085/089: Patrolled to the Corner Market where owner reported an employee had been stealing and had video surveillance of it. Jasmine Paquette was arrested for Petit Larceny, processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Ms. Paquette was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. She will also appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.
