085: Patrolled to Moses Circle for unconscious male subject in the lobby. Arrived on scene and male subject was unresponsive and had appeared to be deceased for about 30-40 mins. EMT confirmed unattended death.

085: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for PDA, vehicle left scene. Under Investigation.

086: Individual reporting that another individual beat her up. Individual was intoxicated and was advised to come to station tomorrow for deposition.

093: Received report of suspicious activity on Lake George Ave. Interviewed subject who stated that he had locked himself out of his residence and was trying to break back into his home.

086: Conducted a Welfare Check on individual on Champlain Ave. Individual in good health.

October 7, 2017

081: Patrolled to Moses Ludington Hospital for car parked in entrance with female in it, unknown status. Individual had broke down vehicle.

081: Responded to the Burleigh House Bar for male subject down in roadway and unconscious. Interviewed 10-15 people and no one knew what had happened. Individual was transported to Moses Ludington Hospital.

081: Patrolled to hospital to check status on individual who had been unconscious outside the bar, while there another individual also reporting he had been attacked by people he did not know . He did not want anything done at this time.

081: Patrolled to Water Street for a water leak.

081: Responded to Corduroy Road for a vehicle that was in a tree and no one around. Upon arrival male subject was unconscious in vehicle. Eric Neilson was transported to Moses Ludington Hospital. Mr. Neilson was later charged with DWI and other UTT's. Mr. Neilson was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

093: Patrolled to Aarons Rentals for a civil matter nothing criminal no further.

093: Patrolled to Amherst Ave. for a report of a broken window, request for extra patrol.

093: Responded to Mobil Mart for altercation between owner and another individual over money. Owner advised he could come to station for file charges.

093: Patrolled to Moses Ludington Hospital for trespass complaint, unfounded.

086: Received report of shots being fired to close to homes.

086: Individual in station to report that another individual is spreading rumors about her. Not a criminal matter.

086: Received reports of rifle shots on Mount Defiance. Unable to locate.

086: Patrolled to Racetrack Road for possible child abuse case. Unfounded child had drawn on himself with marker.

087: Patrolled to Rock Street for a lockout complaint, assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

087: Responded to Veterans Road for a Domestic Dispute that occurred. Report that one individual left to go to hospital and the male subject was left at home alone with shotgun and making threats to harm himself. Male subject was taken into custody and transported to Plattsburg Hospital.

087: Received noise complaint from Super 8 motel.

October 5, 2017

087: Patrolled to Champlain Ave. for individual reporting eggs thrown at his house during the night. Also happened at the neighbors.

087: Received report of elderly female passed out in vehicle. Spoke to woman who was just resting in her vehicle while her home was being cleaned.

087: Responded to House of Pizza for an individual in and out of consciousness. Transferred to Ti EMS.

087: Patrolled to the elementary school for a report of an individual possibly under the influence. Individual states that she was just resting.

032: Individual in station to pick up bike.

093: Individual in station with questions. Questions transferred to Chief.

093: Responded to Montcalm Street for a vehicle vs. bike. Individual on bike was airlifted to UVM.

093: Received complaint about harassment, already being investigated by another agency.  Nothing further.

081/093: Responded to Champlain Ave. and received report of Domestic Dispute on Wayne Ave. No charges pressed at this time by either party.

093: Received report of altercation on Alexandria Ave. Complainant requested that other party be arrested immediately, advised complainant of proper procedure. Complainant refused to cooperate and stated that she would contact State Police. Nothing further.

093: Complainant from above altercation changed her mind and came to station to fill out deposition. Criminal Summons to be sought.

086: Conducted a Welfare Check, individual in good health.

087: Disabled vehicle on Street Road, removed from roadway.

087: Individual in station to be arrested for Criminal Mischief for the Lowes Building. Individual was issued a Family Court Appearance Ticket and will appear in family court at a later date.

087: Individual brought to station for fingerprinting for previous case.

087: Patrolled to Wal-Mart and spoke to manager about individual attempting to steal.

087: Eric Morin was arrested for Criminal Tampering for the incident that occurred at Wal-Mart, Mr. Morin was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

081/085: Responded to a residence on Lord Howe for a man shooting a gun at a garage. Upon arrival the individual was shooting a BB Gun at a target.

081: Individual in station for fingerprints for prior case.

068: Makisha Connors was arrested for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Ms. Connors will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

081/068: Patrolled to Street Road for car vs. deer, Reports filed and owner took deer.

081/068: Received report from individual about 15 year old who ran away again, advised him of further procedures.

085: Patrolled to Pine Springs Park for a V&T complaint. Cheryl Sauerbrun was arrested for DWI. Ms. Sauerbrun was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

October 1, 2017

086: Individual called station to report that she had been jumped by another individual. She will be in to give deposition.

087: Individual reporting that someone dumped his produce outside at his farm stand.

087: Individual reporting that a bike and scooter was dumped in front of her house over night. Both items brought back to station.

087: Individual reporting that a flag was damaged at his building, information transferred to proper officer.

087: Arrested another individual who did damage to the Lowes Building. This individual was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree he was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in court at a later date. The names of this individual will not be released due to the age of the individual.

085/059: Patrolled to Wayne Ave. for a report of a 15year old hiding in the closet. Took the individual back to his parents.

085/059: Received report of vehicle driving recklessly on the Hague Road that ran the individual off the road. Under Investigation.

086: Received call about an individual wanting to drive intoxicated. Individual did not drive and was given a ride home by a sober third party.

093: Received report of found needles.

093: Received multiple reports of suspicious activity at 163 Lord Howe Street. Patrolled to that location and found relatives near the home. Advised them that no one was to be at this location. Arrest will be made for any further incidents.

093: Patrolled to Mount Hope Ave. for a lockout complaint. Assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

093/063: Received Harassment complaint, spoke to parties involved and advised them how to proceed.

081: Received call about locating subject that had bee missing.

081: Patrolled to Lord Howe to the area of the dog park for a report of possible argument. Spoke to both parties who state that they were just speaking to each other very loudly.

081: Responded to Abercrombie for a verbal Domestic Dispute. One individual left for the evening.

081: Patrolled to Lake George Ave. for an out of control 15 year old, upon arrival individual calmed down, nothing further.

087: Patrolled to The Portage for a mother daughter argument, one individual left for the night.

September 26, 2017

085/059: Conducted a vehicle search in the parking lot of the Best Western. K9 Tusko located a small amount of drugs in a small package in the back seat. Shawn Genier was arrested for UPM and was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Steven Towne came to the station to turn himself in on a Bench Warrant out of Ticonderoga Town Court. Spoke to judge who ordered that he appear in court the following day at 4:30pm

087: Individual in station to report a dog bite. Transferred to DCO.

087: Individual reporting that she found a bike stashed in a bushy area of her lawn that did not belong to her. Bike was older and spray painted. Brought back to station.

087: Individual reporting harassment. Requesting documentation.

081: Owner of apartment building in to complain about activity at his apartment building. Requesting advice.

087: Mountain Lake Services requesting Welfare Check on individual.

087/081: Individual called to report that someone had been staying at a foreclosed home without permission.

087: David G. Taylor was arrested for Rape 2nd, Rape 3rd, Criminal Sexual Act 2nd, Criminal Sexual Act 3rd and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Taylor was processed and arraigned in front of the Schroon Lake Town Court and remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. Mr. Taylor will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

September 24, 2017

093: Received report of speeding vehicles near Veterans Road. Patrolled area and issued two tickets for other offenses but did not observe vehicles described by the complainant.

093: Harassment complaint on The Portage, individual was advised to come to station to give deposition if they wished to press charges.

093: Received Burglary/Trespass complaint. Individual was seen jumping from home. After investigation, 15 year old allowed someone to spend the night against parents wishes, that individual was caught jumping from the building. No Criminality.

093: Patrolled to Fort Ti for a lockout complaint, assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

093: Received larceny complaint after investigating, civil matter.

093: Sent to wooded area to assist Ti Fire for small fire/explosion, unknown origin, nothing suspicious.

September 21, 2017

087: Responded to Wicker Street residence for a Domestic Dispute. Upon pat search of Daren West, Mr. West ran...after a small foot pursuit Mr. West was apprehended to the ground and arrested for Obstruction of Justice, Resisting Arrest, CPCS 7th and UPM. Mr. West was processed and arraigned in front of the Ticonderoga Town Justice. He was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. DIR completed. He will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

086: Responded to The Portage for a Domestic Dispute. On scene individual reporting that male subject slapped her and grabbed her by the throat. Female was uncooperative and would not give deposition. DIR filed.

087/068: Responded back to The Portage for female subject stating that she had a altercation with her daughter and she did not want her there anymore. Explained the eviction process again.

081: Patrolled to the Airport for a 911 hang-up call. Unfounded.

081: Individual called in regards to her sister harassing her. Civil Matter.

081: Individual called regarding complaint about a deer stand. Transferred to DEC.

087: During a V&T stop on NYS RTE 22 for no headlight and failure to keep right. Larry Grant was arrested for aggravated DWI and also ticketed for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Mr. Grant was processed and released to a sober third party. He will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

086: Received report of a fight with weapons on John Street. Upon arrival no suspects on scene. Patrolled area with negative results.

086: Individual in station to report a chainsaw possibly taken from his truck at Wal-Mart. Reviewed video, unfounded.

087/063: Responded to Moses Ludington Hospital for a combative patient. Assisted hospital staff with patient until ambulance could transfer him to Albany Med.

085: Individual in station to document incident with granddaughter.

085: Individual called station to report that her child ran away from home. Child found at his fathers home.

081/068: Responded to Charbonneau Road for possible structure fire, no structure fire, cell phone burned on bed. Transferred to Ti Fire.

September 4, 2017

085: Patrolled to The Portage for a verbal domestic dispute. One individual left the scene without further incident.

085: Patrolled to McDonalds for a 911 hang-up call.

085: Documentation over custody battle.

087/068: Responded to Racetrack Road for a possible domestic dispute. All parties were fine upon arrival they stated that they had gotten into a minor argument.

September 3, 2017

081/086: While on patrol an individual stopped to report that they witnessed an individual punch out a window to a building downtown. Located individual who admitted to the actions. Bobbie Grey Jr. was arrested for Criminal Mischief. Mr. Grey was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Received report of a vehicle driving the wrong way on Lake George Ave.

September 2, 2017

085: During a V&T on Montcalm Street Cheyanne Russell was arrested for DWI. Ms. Russell was processed and released to a sober third party. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

085: Completed a transport to Hague for a MHL. Individual was transferred to a Patrol Officer out of Warren County who completed transport to Glens Falls Hospital.

085: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for PDA upon arrival both parties agreed to a civil compromise.

085: Received narcotics information. Under Investigation.

081: Individual in station to report travel permit.

081: Responded to Black Point Road for a lockout complaint. Assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

081: Patrolled to NYS RTE 9N for possible fire in the woods. Unfounded.

081/086: Patrolled to Abercrombie Street for unwanted youth. Individual left residence and parents were advised.

086/081: Patrolled to Schuyler Street for unwanted guest, subject GOA.

September 1, 2017

087: Responded to Ticonderoga High School for a fire alarm activation. False Alarm.

087: Spoke with individual about prior incident. Interviews will begin next week.

087: Patrolled to Lord Howe Street  for neighborhood dispute. Advised both parties to cease contact.

087: Tenant reporting harassment from landlord, landlord has legitimate purpose to contact individual.

087: Dispute between two parties about property.

087: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for a report of individual using someone else's checks to purchase items and then return them for cash. No complainant at this time.

087: Individual reporting harassment with physical contact. Will be in later to give deposition.

087: Individual reporting two dead kittens in her backyard, documentation only at this time.

087: Received report of shots being fired on Baldwin Road. Spoke to neighbor who states that people site their gun in at this time of year.

086: Received reports of suspicious activity on Delano Road.
