June 22, 2017

085: Patrolled to Shore Airport Road for a report of a male and female walking in the roadway. Spoke with individuals who were both intoxicated. Advised them to stay out of the roadway.

085: Patrolled to Warner Hill Road for a verbal argument. NYSP was on scene with the same female and male subject from previous incident. They were walking to Warner Hill. No argument.

085: Patrolled to Lower Road to assist NYSP with traffic stop, Passenger was given courtesy transport home to Baldwin Road. NYSP charged individual with DWI.

085: Courtesy ride to Warner Hill Road for a walk-in subject.

081: Patrolled to NYS Rte 9N for male walking into traffic near Street Road. Male subject was upset and wanted to go home. Courtesy ride given.

081: Individual in station for SORA registry. Told to come back Monday.

081: Patrolled to The Portage for larceny of prescription pills. Spoke to individual and advised them to come to station to file proper paperwork.

081: Individual called to report that there is a lot of vehicle activity on Bull Rock Road, Young kids in vehicle.

085/068: Arrested David E. Frazier on Arrest Warrant out of Ticonderoga Town Court. Mr. Fraizer was released on bail and is to appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

085/068: Patrolled to Alexandria Ave. for a large tree blocking the road, transferred to Town Highway.

085/068: Assisted NYSP with two bench warrants.

June 21, 2017

090: Individual in station to file charges against his brother for a incident that happened the night before. Transferred information to proper officer.

090: Patrolled to the Community Building for a lockout complaint. Assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

090: Individual in station to give deposition for previous case.

090: Patrolled to Wal-Mart for a LSA. Reports filed.

090: Received multiple complaints about kids in the roadway in front of the library blocking traffic. Patrolled area and advised them to leave.

085/068: Responded to Wayne Ave. for a 16 year old male subject with a possible overdose. Transferred to Ti EMS.

085/068: Received harassment complaint from individual about subject that is following him and taking pictures of his kids. He is alarmed and annoyed. Advised subject to cease all contact and course of conduct started.

085: Individual from New Jersey called and stated that he had been traveling through Ticonderoga on his way back home from Montreal, he stopped at the McDonalds and when he arrived home all of his luggage was missing out of the back of his vehicle. Under Investigation.

085/068: Responded to Champlain Ave. for a report of a Domestic Dispute outside the residence. On scene there were no vehicles parked in the yard, no one would come to the door and no sign of any altercation. Unfounded.

June 20, 2017

087: Responded to Baldwin Road for a 911 hang-up call. Phone line issue.

032: Received request for extra patrol on Wayne Ave.

032: Individual in station to fill out  MV78B for lost trailer plate.

032: Entered warrant for individual.

086: Responded to Lord Howe for a domestic dispute between brothers. Both parties were uncooperative, no charges filed.

087/081:Patrolled to Moses Ludington Hospital for a Criminal Mischief complaint. Individual had slammed doors causing damage to the door, charges pending.

087/081: Patrolled to Moses Ludington Hospital for an unruly patient. Individual was upset because they would not give him pain medication. Individual left without further incident.

090: Responded to Airport for a 911 hangup call. Unfounded.

090: Responded to Fort Ti for an alarm activation. Key Holder was notified and passcode was given.

086: Late Entry: Received Criminal Mischief complaint for vehicle on Wicker Street. Under Investigation.

086: Patrolled to John Street for vandalism for a vehicle in driveway. Under Investigation.

086: Responded to 2 car PDAA, no injuries, no tow, reports filed.

081: Responded to Race Track Road for a possible animal cruelty complaint, unfounded.

081: Individual called station with information about prior case.

087/081: Responded to Park Ave for a 71 year old male breathing but unresponsive. Transferred to Ti EMS.

087/081: Moriah Police Department assisted Ticonderoga Police Department by arresting both Sean Gallagher and Alan Smith. Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Smith were charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. This arrest was a result of the prior incident that occurred in front of the Star Trek Building and on Montcalm Street where plants and flowers were destroyed. Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Smith were processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

081/090: Responded to a fight at the Burleigh House Bar, upon arrival parties were separated and individual punched other individuals windshield, victim will be in to give statement.

June 17, 2017

081: Attempted to conduct a V&T and the individual riding a motor bike failed to comply. Motorcycle was headed towards Crown Point and pursuit ended because speeds were dangerous, Possible subject known.

081: Received complaint of suspicious vehicle going up and down State Rte 22, observed vehicle sitting in parking lot, man was trying to find place to launch boat.

090: Received report of female passed out drunk on Cannonball Path. Individual was given a ride home and released to a sober third party.

090: Advised individual to stop calling a family member repeatedly.

085: Received four complaints from 3rd Ave. about Lowes building alarm continuously going off, contacted key holders and alarm company who stated that there was nothing they could do.

085: Spoke to individual who wanted to know why I was at his property with another officer of a different agency. I had not been to this individuals property or near his home in some time. Advised individual.

085: Received complaint from store manager that an individual was dumping gasoline out of a pressure washer into the parking lot. Interviewed individual who stated he dumped the gas over the embankment and it was only about an ounce of gasoline. The store would not return the item with gas in it.

085: Received report that a male individual was walking to North Creek to kill himself, patrolled area and unable to locate.

085: Patrolled to Race Track Road for property dispute. Civil compromise.

085: Spoke with individual who is reporting harassment. Will advise individual and course of conduct started.

085: Patrolled to Wayne Ave. for a possible uncontrollable burn, small recreational fire contained and maintained.

090: Responded to Eagle Lake trailhead for a missing 10 year old. 2.5 miles in the woods, NYSP on scene and transferred to NYSP and Rangers.

081/090: Responded to trail between monument and Moses Circle Apartments for highly intoxicated combative female. Possible overdose. Individual was transported to Moses Ludington Hospital.

090: Individual in station to give statement about previous case.

090: Individual reporting that someone stole a bike this morning. Individual couldn't give any more information about who may have taken it.

081: Suspicious car parked in the Middle School parking lot, while running registration, individual came to vehicle and stated that he was just there to use the track.


June 16, 2017

087: Responded to Lord Howe Estates for a possible MHL. Male subject had been woken up by his girlfriend who was concerned about his emotional health. Interviewed subject and he was not a MHL.

087: Responded to Moses Ludington Hospital for an unruly patient who ingested the rat poison. Individual wanted to leave the hospital but explained to the patient that he was going to be transported to Plattsburg Mental Health Unit once he was finished at Moses Ludington. The individual had two choices to either be transported by ambulance or he could be taken into custody and the police would transport him. He choose to be transported by ambulance with no further issues.

087: Responded to a residence on Water Street for a report of black smoke. No fire at that residence.

085: Spoke to individuals about harassment complaint. Charges pending.

085: Patrolled to the Lowes Building for an alarm activation, unfounded.

085: Patrolled to Century 21 for Prank Phone calls, contacted Crown Point Telephone, under investigation.

085: Individuals in station to report harassment. Advisement to be made to two individuals to stop all contact.

085: Conducted welfare check, individual is fine just wanted to be alone.

June 15, 2017

089: Received name and number for individual regarding an incident involving his son at school. Spoke to the individual and advised him.

089: Spoke with individual who reported that two people assaulted him at his residence. Charges pending.

087/089: Patrolled to Ell Street for individual reporting that her daughter was with an individual that there is an OP against. Searched residence with negative results. Located daughter and spoke with her about situation, under investigation.

086: Individual in station to report that a subject violated an Order of Protection. Charges pending.

089/086: Patrick Huntington was arrested for Burglary 2nd and attempted Assault 3rd. Mr. Huntington was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Mr. Huntington was released on his own recognizance and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Individual was in station for interview and was unable to finish interview due to call for possible MHL.

087/089: Responded to Baldwin Road for 911 hang-up, no emergency kids playing with phone.

087/089: Responded to Super 8 motel for individual who may have harmed himself in his room. Spoke with individual who was highly intoxicated and advised him to call his wife she had been looking for him all day.

087/089: Ronald Robichaud was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree at his residence. This arrest stemmed from a prior incident where he violated his Order of Protection. Mr. Robichaud was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice and was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. Mr. Robichaud will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087/089: While on patrol observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Wicker Street, vehicle turned into the hospital parking lot. There was an unresponsive male subject lying in the back seat of the vehicle. This subject ingested rat poison at his residence in Crown Point and had been drinking beer. Information was given to NYSP since the incident occurred in Crown Point.

089: David Fraizer was arrested for Theft of Services from an incident that occurred on Racetrack Road where he was plugging a lead cord into another building. Mr. Fraizer was issued an Appearance Ticket on Champlain Ave. and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

June 14, 2017

086: Received report of Criminal Mischief to Lake George Ave., Under Investigation.

086: Received report of dog in vehicle at the dollar tree. GOA

087: Individual in station to pick up personal belongings taken while in custody.

089: Andre Lisse was arrested for theft of services, Mr. Lisse was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

086: Picked up an individual from Montcalm Manor for MHL and was transported to Glens Falls Hospital.

087,089: Responded to NYS Rte 22 for a report of a 2 car PDAA, upon investigation, Charles Cummings was arrested for DWI and was processed and released to a sober third party. Mr. Cummings will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Arrested a juvenile for Criminal Mischief. The individual was processed and released with a juvenile appearance ticket.

090: Supervised property retrieval on Father Jogues Place. Parties can not be civil with each other.

090: Received parking complaint.

090: Individual in station to report that he sold something on Craigs List and the transaction went bad, he believes that the other party might of entered his home when he wasn't there. He would like no contact from this individual.

090: Received fraud complaint from TFCU, under investigation.

090: Received child abuse referral, under investigation.

June 12, 2017

090: Spoke to individuals on Racetrack Road about lead cord plugged in. Lead cord ran to their apartment from another building. Advised them that this was Theft of Services and a Code Violation.

090: Assisted NYSP with a 1192  V&T on Wicker Street.

090: Received two more calls about the apartment on Racetrack Road that has the lead cord plugged in to a different building to power the apartment. Deposition taken from landlord.

090: Received a complaint about an individual driving with switched plates, located that vehicle on Treadway Street and the vehicle was parked without plates in driveway.

090: Advised subject to cease contact with individual at the request of the individual.

085: Individual in station to report that her cell phone was stolen from the beach. Under investigation.

085: Responded to Father Joques for a report of Criminal Mischief in progress. Heather Ezzo was arrested for Criminal Mischief. Ms. Ezzo was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

089: Received 911 hang-up call on Putts Pond Road, made contact with individual everything seems to appear okay. Possible kids misdialed.

089: Dispatched to Montcalm Street for an alarm activation at the old Jewelers store, no signs of forced entry, building secure. No key holder available.

087: Patrolled to Circle Court motel for a larceny complaint. Individual reporting fishing poles stolen out of his boat over night. Incident report filed.

087: Patrolled to Pearl Street for individual reporting that someone ran over his bike while he had it at the bass hole. Interviewed individual who was parked there, she states that she did not feel anything and doesn't believe that she ran over it.

087: Patrolled to Veterans Road for individual reporting vandalism to her car. Possible retaliation from previous complaint.

087: Responded to NYS Rte 9N Hague Road for a motorcycle that rear-ended a car, minor injury, Operator went to MLH for precaution, reports filed.

090: Arrested Jonathan Ashe on an Arrest Warrant out of Ticonderoga Town Court. Mr. Ashe was processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Mr. Ashe posted bail at court and will re-appear at a later date.

090/085/089: Patrolled to the Corner Market where owner reported an employee had been stealing and had video surveillance of it. Jasmine Paquette was arrested for Petit Larceny, processed and arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice. Ms. Paquette was remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. She will also appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Received report of Bull on Racetrack Road. Put back in fenced area prior to arrival.

087/081: Received trespass complaint on Montcalm Street of someone staying in attic. Interviewed subject who stated that she was staying with a friend. Friend confirmed this, advised subject to stay out of the attic.

087/ESCO: During a V&T stop on NYS Rte 9N/Wicker Street Nicholas Vanderhoof was arrested for CPCS 7th, AUO 3rd and failure to stop at stop light. Mr. Vanderhoof was arraigned in front of Crown Point Justice and remanded to Essex County Jail for lack of bail. Mr. Vanderhoof will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

087: Responded to EMS for an unresponsive male subject. Unattended death, body was removed.

086: Received report of youths in vacant home on Alexandria Ave. House was empty upon arrival.

090: Responded to Sam Curran Road for suicidal male with shotgun. Individual had taken off into the woods and upon arrival NYSP had individual in custody.

081: Dispatched to Montcalm Street for vandalism complaint, reviewing videos and pending charges.

081: Patrolled to State Rte 9N for Dog complaint transferred to DCO.

081: Patrolled to Vineyard Road for a lockout complaint, assisted motorist gain access to vehicle.

085: Patrolled to Veterans Road for possible suicidal male. Individual is suffering with PTSD and he is not out to hurt himself or anyone else. He left the home for the night to go stay with a relative.

085: While on scene with a car vs. deer patrol observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed on Lord Howe Street. Attempted to conduct a V&T stop and vehicle failed to comply and attempted to flee. Vehicle then slowed and operator jumped from vehicle on The Portage. He continued to flee on foot. Dustin Smith was chased three houses down and caught on Alexandria Ave. Mr. Smith was arrested for the following charges: Unlawful Fleeing, UPM, DWI, AUO 3rd and several other UTT's. Mr. Smith was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and will appear in the Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.

085: Spoke with individual who states her and her son are being harassed by two subjects, spoke to subjects and advised them to stop.
